This is the first post of my series for those of you out there that are yet to be convinced they need their car detailed!
The average person never gives a second of thought to the state of their door jambs. Generally this part of the car only sees the light of day for seconds at a time and so is often neglected. Besides giving a car a complete, clean look, cleaning your doorjambs gives the following benefits:
1. Regular cleaning and re greasing of moving parts in the doorjamb prolongs the life of said parts and ensures smooth operation while opening and closing your doors
2. Dirt and pollutants left on a vehicles paint create a perfect environment for rust to develop. Because dirt hides rust, often it is not noticed until it has progressed significantly. This can lead to expensive bodywork and repainting
